The Reception is open :
Weekdays from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm & from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. & from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Check-out: 11:00 am
Check-in: 2:00 pm.

For any arrival outside of our opening hours, we invite you to contact the hotel at +33 (0)5.61.52 60.10, in order to obtain useful information to access to your room.

If you have a particular request make sure we will do our best to meet your expectations.

The breakfast includes :

We attach particular care to the quality and freshness of the products offered.

The breakfast is served in the dining room behind the reception, or on the terrace if you wish.

The wifi is available for free in all rooms, corridors and terrace.

The password required to log in is listed in the instructions posted into the rooms or at the reception.

Our guests can benefit from a special rate of 15.90 € for 24h parking with Parking Indigo Place St Etienne, and Parking Indigo Carmes located at 200 meters from the hotel.

Use: enter the car park as usual, take a ticket and keep it with you. When you will pay for your stay at the reception of the hotel, you will buy the chosen parking ticket. This ticket has to be inserted into the parking payment terminal at the exit before taking your car.

Important : if your car is equipped with an electronic toll, you will need to disactivate it before entering the parking. Otherwise, in case of double payment neither the hotel nor the parking company will be able to refund you.
